We prefer that you pick up your puppy personally. Seeing with your own eyes where your puppy was born & raised is always important to us.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale at anytime with any buyer if we feel that the buyer is not a good fit for an H & M Acres puppy or if we choose to keep a puppy. If H & M cancels a sale, the buyer is refunded any money paid to H & M Acres..

Holding fees - $300.00 non-refundable though may be applied to future litter to be purchased within 18 months.

Methods of Payment:

Personal checks are accepted for holding fees if more than 30 days prior to pick up.

Litters are priced after birth - all pups are sold on limited AKC registration unless otherwise agreed upon to approved homes.
